Notices Awards & Mentions
We had lots of great awards to give out including; pupils with outstanding attendence, pupils who have tried really hard with their work this term and an extra special award from the head teacher for the pupil who has made significant improvement in their school life (this could be work or behaviour)
Everybody knows that coming to school is important and that the more you come to school the more you learn. This term we have five children who have attendence better then 98%. They all recieved a certificate and Easter egg for their efforts.
Each term we have an award for the children who try really hard to improve their work. Two children from key stage one and two children from ket stage two. Their names are put on a special shield and this sheild is kept in school for everybody to see. They also get a voucher to spend in a book shop. This terms winners in key stage one were Arbaaz Hussain and Hasinah Ali. In key stage two the winners were Shazma Kausar and Sayaad Mohammed. Well done.
Remember if you try really hard in the summer term you might get your name on the shield. Always try your best.
The headteachers award, the first time ever it has been given out was won by Daniel Chester for his vastily improved behaviour. Well done Daniel. I know Mrs Perrins will be looking very hard over the summer term to find someone who will get the award in the summer term.
